1. Water level adjustment


  (1) The normal water level of the boiler is in the middle of the water level gauge. Adjusted with the size of the load during operation: keep the water level high when the load is low and low when the load is high. Up and down changes should not exceed 40 mm.

 

  (2) operation of the two groups of water level meter to compare, if the water level is different should be promptly identified to correct the cause.

 

  (3) boiler water supply should be balanced and continuous, diligent water supply, less water supply, to maintain the water level in the normal water level near the line of slight fluctuations.

 

  (4) When the load changes are large, it is easy to appear false water level. Pay attention to judgment to avoid misoperation.

 

2. Vapor pressure regulation


  (1) boiler operation, must often monitor the pressure gauge indication. Keep the vapor pressure stable, the pressure must not exceed the boiler design working pressure.

 

   (2) Increase in boiler load: boiler load increases when the vapor pressure drops, at this time, if the water level is high, you should first reduce the amount of water or suspend the water supply, increase the amount of coal and air supply. Gradually increase the amount of water while strengthening combustion to maintain normal vapor pressure and water level.

 

  (3) boiler load reduction: boiler load reduction vapor pressure rises, at this time if the water level is high, you should first reduce the amount of coal and air supply, weakening combustion. Then appropriately reduce the amount of water or suspend the water supply, so that the steam pressure and water level stabilized in the rated range.     Then adjust the combustion and water supply according to normal conditions. 3. Combustion adjustment


  (1) combustion indicators a. Normal combustion of the boiler including the even supply of fuel, reasonable ventilation, adjust the combustion of three basic links. b. Maintain a high furnace temperature The upper temperature of the combustion layer to 1100-1300 ℃ is appropriate, the flame color is orange. Flame color reddish indicates that the amount of wind is not enough, the color white indicates that the amount of wind is too large.  

    Large. Should be adjusted appropriately. c. Reduce the ash combustible ash in the combustible content should be less than 10%. d. Reduce the exhaust gas temperature Boiler exhaust gas temperature should be controlled below 200 ℃. e. Maintain the negative pressure of the furnace chamber The excess air coefficient of the boiler is 1.2-1.4, and the negative pressure of the furnace chamber is maintained at 2-3mm through the balanced adjustment of the blowers and induced draft fan.


    f. Improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler The thermal efficiency of the boiler should be maintained at more than 60%.  


  (2) Combustion adjustment a. Reasonable distribution of fuel feeding volume and air volume required for combustion. When increasing the fuel should first increase the ventilation, when weakening the ventilation should first reduce the amount of fuel supply. b. Principle of air distribution: burn the center to promote the two ends. That is to say, the coal starts to preheat after entering the coal gate, the fire line is in the front arch, and the main combustion area is in the middle of the grate.    

    The main combustion area is in the middle of the grate, and the back of the grate is the burned out area. c. Normal combustion conditions are: the fuel starts to catch fire at 300mm from the coal gate, the fire is even, the fire bed is flat, and the combustion ends at 300-500mm from the end of the grate. d. Maintain proper furnace temperature to avoid coking. e. Keep the fire bed burning evenly.
