Steam boiler furnace maintenance needs attention


1, maintenance of the boiler, you must cut off the power supply, you must relieve the pressure.


2, the burner should be removed from the boiler body every two months, carefully remove carbon and dust and other foreign objects. Photocell lighted surface wiped once a month, the fuel filter should always be clean and filtering function; carefully clean the filter inside the oil pump, do not destroy the gasket. The burner shall not idle without oil, so as not to damage the oil pump.


3, the water level meter should always be kept clean, open the cleaning valve to flush once a day to ensure that the water level is clear.


4, the safety valve is triggered once a day to prevent rust failure.


5, the boiler stops running for a long time, the power should be cut off, and do a good job of maintenance:


(1), dry maintenance, after stopping the furnace to release the furnace water, the furnace dirt rinsed out, with a burner micro-fire to dry the pot (combustion time should not be too long, so as not to damage the boiler), and then all the boiler gas exhaust after the closure of all the pipeline valves, every three months to check.


(2), wet maintenance, applicable to boilers with a shutdown period of not more than one month, after the shutdown of the furnace water release, drain clean and full of water, cut off the power supply, close the valve.


Vacuum pumps are divided by use:


1. rough pumping pump from atmospheric pressure to reduce the pressure of the system to another pumping system to start the work of the vacuum pump.


2. High vacuum pump Vacuum pump working in high vacuum range.


3. main pump the vacuum pump used to obtain the required vacuum level in a vacuum system.


4. pre-stage pumps Vacuum pumps used to maintain the pre-stage pressure of another pump below its critical pre-stage pressure.


5. roughing/low vacuum pumps Vacuum pumps that start at atmospheric pressure and are used to obtain a low vacuum.


6. Booster pumps Vacuum pumps installed between low and high vacuum to increase system efficiency or to reduce the capacity requirements of the forehearth pumps.


7. Ultra-high vacuum pumps Vacuum pumps operating in the ultra-high vacuum range.


8.Maintenance pump In vacuum system, when the gas volume is very small and the main and fore-stage pumps can not be effectively utilized, at this time, the auxiliary fore-stage pumps with smaller capacity can be used to maintain the main pump work or maintain the vacuum degree required by the container.
