Analysis of development conditions for distributed utilization of biomass

Biomass raw materials are scattered and complex, and by nature, biomass energy is more suitable for decentralized utilization. 5.1 Technological Innovation and Application Demonstration

 

(1) Develop key technologies of biomass substitution for industrial natural materials to ensure that biomass as fuel can be used stably in pots, kilns and other industrial equipment, including: research on efficient combustion of biomass with high adaptability of fuels, preventing the influence of unqualified fuels and realizing controllable combustion temperature of the furnace; research on the solution of coking and corrosion of heat exchanging equipments in the process of utilizing biomass; development of biomass gasification technologies adapted to a variety of raw materials, focusing on solving the problems of Biomass gasification technology, focusing on solving low tar, large load, high stability and other technical difficulties.

 

(2) Develop common technologies related to rural environmental protection and rural living energy supply, so that distributed biomass energy can become an effective way of energy security for new urbanization and rural environmental protection. In order to achieve the purpose of low cost and improve reliability, it is necessary to combine biomass energy utilization technology with China's rural development needs, conduct engineering demonstrations and long-term commercial applications, and effectively improve the reliability and practicability of the technology in order to have a greater industry-driven role in guiding and promoting the development of related industries.

 

5.2 Business model and policy support

 

(1) Continuously innovate and improve the business model of distributed biomass energy industry. First of all, improve the bioenergy equipment system integration capabilities, equipment manufacturing and processing and sales of core equipment, core technology development in the development of complete sets of equipment, technical services and engineering installation and commissioning, and other aspects of the organic combination; Secondly, to build a market network of bioenergy fuel producers and suppliers, focusing on biofuel collection, processing and production at the same time, provide users with solutions to ensure fuel supply; Finally, to Establish a business model to reduce users' worries, use core technology and low-cost equipment, and provide customers with comprehensive solutions for decentralized utilization of biomass energy through professional fuel supply and project operation and management, so as to form a business model with market value and improve the market competitiveness of biomass energy.

 

(2) Formulate economic incentive policies to transform the environmental advantages of biomass energy into cost advantages. Biomass fuel unit heat cost is much higher than fossil energy, simple use of biomass energy to replace coal, natural gas, no economy, but biomass belongs to the renewable and clean energy, with is well-known emission reduction advantages and environmental benefits. The government should formulate corresponding incentive policies to establish an incentive mechanism for industrial development, including policies such as project encouragement, tax and environmental load reduction, thermoelectric power price subsidies, CO2 emission reduction subsidies, urbanization construction subsidies, etc., to improve its economy and mobilize the society to develop distributed biomass energy.
