Electric Boiler Manufacturer Introduces Heat Transfer Oil Boiler

Compared with the traditional heat transfer medium water and water vapor, heat transfer oil has the following characteristics:

　　● Under the condition of simply atmospheric pressure, a very high operating temperature can be achieved. That is, the operating pressure and safety requirements of the high temperature heating system can be greatly reduced, improving the reliability of the system and equipment.

　　● Can meet the process requirements of heating and cooling at different temperatures within a wider temperature range, or use the same kind of heat transfer oil to fulfill the process requirements of high temperature heating and low temperature cooling in the same system. That is, the complexity of the system and operation can be reduced.

　　● Eliminate the water treatment system and equipment, improve the thermal efficiency of the system, reduce the amount of equipment and pipeline maintenance work. That is, it can reduce the initial capital and operating costs of the heating system; 

　　● In case of accidental leakage of the system, it is possible to reduce the cost of the system.

　　● In the case of accidental leakage of the system, there is a possibility of combustion when the heat transfer oil meets with an open flame, which is a problem of the heat transfer oil system compared with the water vapor system. However, under the condition that no leakage occurs, since the heat transfer oil system operates under low-pressure conditions, its operational safety is higher than that of water and steam systems.
