I. Timely stopping the use of the furnace
Immediately turn off the boiler by direct operation of the controls and stop the gas supply by turning off the gas control valve at the heel of the boiler. Fully isolate the gas boiler from the gas valve and open the air valve or safety valve to vent the steam to reduce pressure.
Stop the furnace because of the problem of less water, not to the pot of water. No water problems, can choose to enter the water discharge alternating ways to lower the temperature and pressure, should maintain the water level, full of water problems should temporarily stop the water supply, reduce the combustion (will be artificially changed from a large fire to a small fire), open the discharge valve to release the water, and at the same time open the main steam pipe and the sub-cylinder on the steam trap, to avoid a large amount of steam with water, resulting in a water flushing.
During the furnace shutdown session, the furnace body should not be cooled too fast to avoid sudden cold damage to the flue, pressurized parts and expansion port.
II. Treatment

1. quickly turn off the fire to deal with timely stopping the furnace, first stop the gas boiler, and turn off the natural gas valve to stop the gas supply after the flameout, disconnect the main gas valve, to let the pot water level to maintain normal.
2. rapid cooling furnace water treatment, timely shutdown of the furnace, such as no less water or water leakage problems, can reduce the time to accelerate the cooling to the boiler to give water, sewage to reduce the pressure of the furnace water temperature down to 80 ℃ or less, can be discharged furnace water, such as the boiler is less water, the shutdown of the furnace must not be selected to rapidly cool the operation, shall not be given to the furnace water, or may be a burst.
