Flowmeter is a kind of velocity type instrument to measure the flow of gas medium in closed pipeline, applicable to natural gas and other industrial fields in the accurate measurement of gas quantity. Due to its small size, high accuracy and good repeatability, it is particularly suitable for trade settlement measurement. On its counter is displayed in the field pipeline, the working temperature and working pressure of the gas flow through the volume of the volume, that is, the uncorrected flow rate, the unit m3, can also be displayed as a standard gas pressure under the flow rate (20 ℃, 101.325kpa) of the volume of the volume (Nm3).

The flow meter consists of a sensor and a conversion display. The vortex generator consists of specific spiral-shaped vanes, which are fixed at the front end of the contracted section of the housing and force the fluid to produce a strong vortex flow. The detecting element is installed near the throat of the expanding tube, and the frequency signal of the vortex inlet can be measured with the detecting element such as thermal, piezoelectric, strain, capacitance or fiber optic. Rectifier fixed in the flowmeter meter body outlet, its role is to eliminate the vortex flow, in order to reduce the influence of the downstream flow pattern on the instrument measurement. The casing is designed into a certain shape of the flow channel, so that the vortex formation, fixing and protecting the parts installed inside, and connected to the pipeline through the flange.
