(1) air volume monitoring and regulation. Horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler normal operation, generally should maintain a negative pressure of 20 ~ 30Pa chamber, negative pressure is too small, easy to make the flame out, negative pressure is too large, it will draw too much cold air, reduce the temperature of the chamber, increase heat loss. The color of the air volume is appropriate, the flame is wheat-yellow (bright yellow), the smoke is gray-white; air volume is too large, the flame is bright and blinding, the smoke is white; air volume is too small, horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler flame is dark yellow or dark red.

(2) photoelectric controller monitoring. Horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler photoelectric controller to feel the brightness of the interlocking system action, the controller does not enter the normal program, the gas supply solenoid valve will not be opened, the nozzle is not formed at the flame.
