(2) the new installation of horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler must be informed, and qualified by the installation quality supervision and inspection before being put into operation.


(3) in use horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler must be operated within the validity of the periodic inspection.


(4) horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler must have water treatment facilities, and the water quality must comply with GB1576-2001 "industrial boiler water quality" and GB / T12145-1999 "thermal generating units and steam power equipment water vapor quality" requirements.


(5) horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler safety accessories must be regularly calibrated (safety valve calibration at least once a year, the pressure gauge calibration at least once every six months), and the safety accessories must be calibrated within the validity period.



Correct, safe use of horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler, the boiler room must be strictly managed, specific requirements are:



(1) horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler boiler room should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, fire-fighting water supply equipment, fire suppression system as needed.


(2) horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler boiler room should generally be set up separately, not located in crowded places. Boiler room should be one or two fire-resistant buildings, can not be coal as fuel and the total fixed evaporation capacity of not more than 4 tons per hour boiler room can be three fire-resistant buildings.

(6) The boiler room of a horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler shall record the daily operation of the boiler and ancillary equipment, including records of the operation of the boiler and ancillary equipment, records of boiler maintenance, records of the operation of the water treatment equipment and water quality tests, and records of the handover of shifts. Horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boiler operation, its indicators are often changing. The evaporation capacity of the boiler must change with the load and adapt to the requirements of the load. Therefore, during the operation of the boiler, a series of adjustments must be made to it, such as making corresponding changes to the amount of fuel, air, feed water, etc.

(1) Adjustment of water level


Boiler water level is to ensure the normal supply of steam and safe operation of the important indicators, therefore, during the operation of the boiler, the operator should be uninterrupted through the water level meter to monitor the boiler water level. Load changes in the boiler, water level changes are mainly caused by load changes. Load changes caused by changes in evaporation, to maintain the

For example, the load increases, the evaporation increases accordingly, if the water supply does not increase accordingly with the evaporation, the water level will fall. Thus, the change of water level depends largely on the relationship between water supply, evaporation and load.


The water level changes depend largely on the relationship between the feed water quantity, evaporation quantity and load. In addition, sudden changes in boiler load can cause false water level.


(2) Adjustment of vapor pressure


Boiler operation, the boiler operator should be based on changes in load, the corresponding increase or decrease in the amount of fuel, wind, water, to change the boiler's evaporation, so that the vapor pressure is relatively stable. When the boiler load is reduced so that the vapor pressure rises, if the water level is low at this time, you can appropriately increase the feed water so that the vapor pressure does not rise, and then reduce the amount of fuel and air volume, as appropriate.


Reduce the amount of fuel and wind, weaken the combustion, reduce evaporation, so that the vapor pressure to maintain normal; if the vapor pressure rises when the water level is high, you should first reduce the amount of fuel and wind, weaken the combustion, and at the same time reduce the amount of water or pause to give the appropriate amount of water to the vapor pressure, water level to return to normal, and then according to the load adjustment of the combustion and water supply. Vapor pressure adjustment


Mainly for the adjustment of combustion conditions, and the key to combustion adjustment is to reasonably control the amount of fuel and wind. Different combustion equipment on the combustion adjustment method is different, the operator should master the adjustment method, in the boiler load changes, as soon as possible to make the vapor pressure back to normal.


(3) Adjustment of steam temperature


Steam temperature change is caused by the steam side and flue gas side of the two factors, and thus the adjustment of steam temperature should be handled from these two aspects. First of all, from the steam side to adjust the steam temperature. Adjustment of steam temperature from the steam side, that is, by changing the steam side of the heat absorption to maintain the rated steam temperature, the current use of desuperheater to adjust the steam temperature.


Currently, a desuperheater is mostly used to regulate the steam temperature. The desuperheater is generally placed between the high-temperature section superheater and the low-temperature section superheater. Secondly, the flue gas side to adjust the steam temperature. Adjustment of superheated steam temperature from the flue gas side, is to change the heat absorption of the superheater heating surface, usually by changing the amount of flue gas flowing through the superheater and exhaust smoke temperature to achieve.
